Income Qualification Requirements
To qualify for a unit, applicants must meet the Area Median Income (AMI) limits established for the program. Household income must fall within the limits shown in the table below based on household size.
These apartments are part of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, and all income limits are determined by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA).
Income limits are updated annually when IHDA releases new guidelines. The limits displayed below reflect the most current information available and are subject to change each year.
